- Product name and model — identify the product you need files for.
- Requested resource and file format — for example, a STEP model for assembly planning or a PDF mechanical drawing.
- Intended use — such as checking clearances, designing an enclosure, or planning mounting locations.
For requests covering multiple products, list each product and the files you need. MWE can confirm resource availability for the specified product and revision.
